Can I reset the Custom Coffee Quiz after I’ve already completed it?
While it is possible to reset the survey, we recommend against it. We’ve tested and found that your fastest, reflexive answers get the best results. Furthermore, we saw that when respondents filled out the survey more than once, they landed on the same results. How do I see my results?
The Results page is the best place to start. If you don’t have results yet, visit Take the Test to get an instant report, and move one step closer to receiving your customized beverage. You’re here because you want more information right? We’d be delighted to review your results with you on the phone or over a video call. How does the Custom Coffee Quiz use data to customize my order?
Your survey is the fastest path to a customized coffee, and finding the ideal beverage that is suited to you. We started by scouring all the available data on how flavour and caffeine selections relate to your genetics, and then we built a system that connects the survey data to coffee. The answers that you submit are translated into a flavour and caffeine profile, and we then match that information to a specific coffee that’s been tested to fit you perfectly. Is my data and personal information secure?
Data and information security foundational. From inception, we planned and built protocols that prioritize protection. Even in the rare event of a data leak your results are protected, and cannot be traced back to you. Simply put - we destroy all the data that could be taken and used. Can I make a purchase without completing the survey?
It’s always about the money with you, eh? Just kidding. Our Gift Cards are the best way to git‘ er’ done. We would love to learn more about you to provide optimized custom products, and the best way to do that is to take the Custom Coffee Quiz .
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, for now the purchase process requires you to have an account with Beverage Genetics. We value the opportunity to connect with you, and this will optimize your overall experience.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship wherever Canada Post delivers.
How much does shipping cost?
Our average shipping cost is less than $13 to locations in Canada and the USA. You can let us know you need it shipped ASAP by choosing that option during check out.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you’re within the delivery radius and order before noon, we can deliver the next day. Normally shipments arrive within 5 days.
What is the return policy?
If you don’t like your coffee, let us know and we’d be delighted to send you another one to try - on us. If you’re still not happy, please set up a call via our Contact Us to start the refund process. Please don’t throw your beans away! Someone worked hard to harvest, pack, ship, roast, and select them for you - so kindly pass them on to another coffee lover.
